Multifamily Leadership Announces the 2025 Best Places to Work in Multifamily® For Women

Celebrating the Multifamily Companies Setting the Standard in Workplace Excellence, Innovation and Inclusion

December 12, 2024 | Scottsdale, AZ –

The 2024 Multifamily Innovation® Summit, held  in Phoenix, Arizona, served as the prestigious stage for the unveiling of the Best Places to Work Multifamily® for Women rankings for 2025. This highly anticipated annual event brought together senior executives from across the nation to celebrate the multifamily companies that are setting new standards for employee engagement, satisfaction, and inclusivity.

At the summit, the Best Places to Work Multifamily® for Women list was revealed, showcasing organizations that have achieved outstanding success in creating a workplace environment where women thrive. To be eligible for inclusion, companies must first be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work Multifamily®, before securing their spot on the women’s list. This dual achievement reflects these organizations’ dedication to empowering all employees, with a particular focus on creating supportive and equitable opportunities for women.

Carrie Antrim, Founder of Multifamily Women®, noted, “The Best Places to Work Multifamily® for Women rankings are not just about recognizing the top companies in the industry; they are about shining a light on the organizations that are truly committed to fostering an environment where women can thrive, advance, and feel heard. We are incredibly proud of the companies that made this list, and I believe they are setting the bar for what a truly inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplace can be.”

The criteria for the Best Places to Work Multifamily® for Women list are comprehensive and rigorous, ensuring that only the most committed organizations are recognized. In addition to achieving Best Places to Work Multifamily® status, companies must demonstrate a minimum of 15 women on their team, regardless of their size, and ensure that at least 25% of their workforce is female for companies with over 60 employees. The ranking also requires that companies achieve a 40% or higher female response rate to internal surveys, and a minimum of 10 female responses for companies with fewer than 25 women. Additionally, the organizations must show an average 80% positive response rate among their female employees. For larger companies that conduct selective surveys, at least 40% of the respondents must be women.

This rigorous process ensures that the companies on the list not only have a significant number of women in their workforce but also place a strong emphasis on listening to their female employees and taking meaningful action based on their feedback.

The Best Places to Work Multifamily® for Women recognition is a key component of an ongoing effort to foster inclusivity and gender equality within the multifamily industry, highlighting companies that are committed to equitable opportunities and creating spaces where women can succeed and lead.

We will be celebrating all of these companies live at the 2025 Multifamily Women® Summit.
